Payment Options

At Mermaid Waters Dental we provide a few methods of payment to help make your visit to our practice run as smoothly as possible.

HICAPS

This practice utilises the HICAPS medical benefit system. The enables medical benefits clients to electronically make ‘on the spot’ claims. No need to make any upfront payments and then claim back the rebate from your health fund afterwards. We take care of it on the spot for you!

Please make sure you bring you health fund card to your appointment with you.

VETERANS AFFAIRS

This practice is pleased to be able to participate in the delivery of dental services to Veterans. If you are the holder of a Gold Card, treatment entitlements are extended to you in accordance with the Department of Veteran Affair Schedules.

For your convenience, Mermaid Waters Dental have EFTPOS facilities for payment using Visa, MasterCard & Amex. We accept cash payments, and finance payment options are available (please see below).

Zip pay

Zip pay: Is here to simplify how you pay everywhere and save every day by offering fast, fair and seamless payment solutions online and in-store. With no Interest fees, the minimum payment is $40.00 per month. Please ask our reception team if you would like any further questions or would like any assistance on joining Zippay.
